Traveling can be a lot of fun, but it can also be quite expensive. When we travel, our wants and needs may not always match what we can get at the end of the day. As a result, we have a variety of devices that we can use while we are away from home. And now, as promised, we’ll take a look at some of the most interesting and innovative travel tools ever created.
Girl, go!
Camping in the great outdoors is a great way to spend your time because it allows you to explore nature. However, no matter how much fun the ladies have, they eventually run into problems when it comes to using the restroom. This is where the idea for Go Girl came from. The Go Girl is a device designed to allow young women to urinate while standing, and the best part is that it is small enough to fit in a handbag.
Extremely Portable Bluetooth Speaker
If you enjoy listening to music, then this is the piece of technology that you should carry with you wherever you go. The ultraportable Bluetooth speaker is one of the smallest Bluetooth speakers on the market; however, it has excellent sound quality, ensuring that you get the best soundtracks even when playing the best online casino games in the USA available here.
Bottled Water Purifier
The Grayl Ultralight Purifier is one of the best options for water bottles that are ideal for taking on trips. This is because it can convert any type of water into drinking water in just 15 seconds, regardless of the type of water. As a result, the toxins in the water will no longer be a problem for you, and you can be confident that the water you drink is safe to drink.
When it comes to traveling, we all have our rituals and items we never leave the house without. After traveling extensively for well over a decade, I decided it was time to share some of the technological travel accessories that I simply cannot leave home without.
I should preface this by saying that I am a fairly low-tech guy, so don’t expect to find anything cutting-edge here. Everything in my bag, however, serves a purpose, and I’d like to highlight the technological accessories that I consider to be the most important. Not in any particular order…
A universal travel adapter
When traveling internationally, you must always have some kind of travel adapter on hand; however, not all adapters are created equal. On all of my excursions, I use the EPICA universal travel adapter. Why did you select this one? It had one AC power supply port, four USB-A ports, and one USB-C port. It is extremely rare to come across an adapter that is so small, has so many USB ports, and even has a USB-C port.
A relatively small power strip
Given how reliant we are on our various electronic devices in this day and age, I believe that keeping all of your electronic devices charged is one of the most difficult aspects of traveling. There are far too few power outlets in far too many establishments, including hotels, airports, lounges, and other public areas. As a result, a compact power strip is extremely useful because it allows you to charge multiple electronic devices from a single outlet.
Again, there are many different options for these, but what I’m looking for is something with AC, USB-A, and USB-C ports. One of my favorite products is the Anker power strip, which has three AC outlets, two USB-A ports, and one USB-C port.
A portable power supply
Isn’t it critical to charge your device while you’re driving? Even though I have charging devices that assist me whenever I have access to plugs, there are times when you do not have access to plugs for an extended period. Many airlines still do not provide power outlets onboard, which can make things difficult.
As a result, I never leave the house without a portable charger, and the one I always carry with me is the Anker portable charger with a 10,000mAh battery pack. It quickly charges my iPhone, and I was impressed by how small and lightweight the battery pack was.
Apple’s AirPods Pro
I am well aware that I am well behind the times in this regard, as I did not purchase my first pair of Apple AirPods Pro until 2021. (You can read my review here.) These are some of my favorite things, and I use them frequently. I can use them at the gym and also watch a show on my iPad while using them. They are extremely adaptable.
They’re good enough for me that I no longer need to bring my Bose headphones with me when I go out. Even though the sound quality on Bose headphones is marginally better, I do not believe it is worthwhile to carry them around due to their bulk.
FlyThruTheAir (wireless transmitter & receiver)
If you are constantly on the go, AirFly is the best accessory for your Apple AirPods. The majority of airplanes with personal televisions do not support Bluetooth connections. In other words, you won’t be able to use AirPods Pro for in-flight entertainment most of the time, and will instead have to settle for whatever (less desirable) headphones the airline provides you with (and in some cases, you even have to purchase headphones on planes).
The wireless transmitter and receiver included in the AirFly accessory package allow you to share audio from up to two AirPods with one another. This allows you to connect your AirPods Pro to virtually all of the onboard entertainment options.
There is an additional benefit to this in that it can also be used as a headphone splitter. If we’re traveling together and want to watch a show at the same time, I can use this to connect both of our headphones to my iPad.
Apple produces the iPhone
I, like almost everyone else, own an iPhone. I’m still using an iPhone 11, and I’m not planning on upgrading until that phone starts causing me problems. The fact that I no longer bring a camera with me when I travel because my iPhone takes care of everything is perhaps the most intriguing aspect of this situation.
Apple’s MacBook Air
Because I like to be thorough with the travel technology “gadgets” I bring with me, my go-to computer is a MacBook Air with a 13-inch screen. For a long time, I’ve used a MacBook Air as my primary computer due to its long battery life, portability, and user-friendliness. This decision has served me well. I must admit that I’ve gone through quite a few of these over the years due to their heavy use.
The Apple iPad
I’ve been using an iPad “standard” 10.2-inch size for a few years now, but my use of it is very different from most people’s. I find it inconvenient to use my iPad to surf the web; instead, I prefer to use it to watch television shows while traveling. I don’t watch a lot of television, but when I do, I usually watch shows that I’ve saved on my iPad.
I’d say that eighty percent of the time I watch shows on my iPad is while doing cardio at the gym (the screen on the iPhone is simply too small for me to watch a show in its entirety), and the other twenty percent is typical while flying.
Portable wireless Internet access point with a power bank
You may lose your network connection as you travel to different areas. If this occurs, the only available connection will be Wi-Fi, which is inconvenient for online activities such as playing at online casinos like gambln.com and monitoring social media accounts. As a result, you’ll need Skyroam, a portable Wi-Fi device, and a power bank. It keeps you connected and includes a 6000 mAh power bank, so you never have to worry about your phone’s battery running out.
